How do I make a return?

I made a purchase and need to get it altered.

Great! We're happy to provide complimentary alterations to any non-sale merchandise purchased at either of our shops or online. Please bring it to either Crestline Village or Summit location to get it marked. If you're shopping with us from anywhere other than Birmingham and we have your measurement from shopping with us before, please let us know in the comments so we can make any alterations before we ship them to you. Please note that while we try to accommodate alterations as fast as possible, there might be some delay depending on the volume in our on-premise tailor shop.

 

Do you offer custom shirts/suits/sport coats/tuxedos?

Absolutely. We currently offer this service at our retail shops only. Whether you have trouble finding off-the-rack clothing that fits or you just want something a little more special, we can make a garment just for you. You get control over every detail. But if you'd rather just pick a fabric and let us take care of the rest–it’s all up to you. Shirts, sport coats, tuxedos, suits, pants–you name it, and we can make a perfect fitting garment for you.

I can't make it into one of the shops and I work/live in Birmingham. Do you do office visits or house calls?

Maybe! We have way more product than what we show online, so get in touch with us and we'll be happy to do whatever we can to get you whatever it is you're looking for.
